The space is minimalist, almost ascetic, like a small urban laboratory where, as they tell us, everything is done by hand: from soaking and layering the ladyfingers to packaging the compact boxes. There are no decorations, no unnecessary details, only a focus on a single dessert – tiramisu. This tiramisu is designed as a dessert to go – you take a box, step out onto the street and instantly become part of the rhythm of Masarykova Street, where people pass by, shop windows shimmer and, just a few steps away, the area around the Croatian National Theatre opens up, one of the most beautiful urban scenes in the city center. Among these monumental facades and wide sidewalks, Zagreb tiramisu takes on an entirely new dimension.

The boxes are compact, sturdy and smartly designed. They are easy to close again, which means the dessert stays moist even later, if you do not eat it right away. It is a detail that shows just how thoroughly this takeaway dessert concept has been thought through.

The tiramisu comes in several options – classic, pistachio, lemon, coco, chocolate, caramello, fruit, nutellone… The cream is light yet rich and not overly sweet. The ladyfingers are evenly soaked. The coffee is present but not overpowering, although some versions do not contain it at all. The cocoa adds a pleasant bitterness. Everything is beautifully balanced, clean in flavor and precise, just like the space it comes from.
